Common questions.
Does Qarznama work without internet?
Yes. You need internet only the first time you sign in. After that you can add customers, entries, bills, items and cash with no connection. Everything syncs by itself when you are back online.
What happens to my data if I lose my phone?
Your records are backed up to your account whenever you are online. Sign in on a new phone with the same mobile number and your whole business downloads again. You can also sign the lost phone out from another device.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer at the same time?
Yes. Use the same account on your phone, tablet, computer and the web. A sale added on one shows up on the others.
Which languages does it support?
English, Dari and Pashto. Dari and Pashto turn the whole app right to left. You can choose Afghan or Western digits and the Solar Hijri or Gregorian calendar.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. The owner invites staff with a one-time code. A manager can do everything except manage the team and the business profile. A biller can make bills and entries but cannot delete or see reports.
Does Qarznama take payments or connect to my bank?
No. Qarznama only records money and stock. It never moves money, and it does not connect to banks or mobile-money accounts.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each business's records can be seen only by its owner and the staff they invite. There are no ads and no tracking. Read the privacy policy for the details.
